Delivery and Return

In accordance with the relevant legislation, you can return your products within 10 days after receiving your products without giving any reason.

If the purchased product has not been used, destroyed, the package has not been damaged, if it is a product with accessories or gifts, it must be returned and resalable.

There is no return of our products on sale and / or campaign. Only exchanges are made due to size, etc.

It is mandatory - necessary that the invoice issued in your name be sent to us together with the product when the product you will return is shipped to us.  The return or exchange of the product whose invoice is not sent is not realized.

After the product is returned within the above-mentioned conditions, the compliance of the return with the conditions will be checked after it reaches us. For the returns that are deemed appropriate during the control, the return process is carried out within 2 business days, adhering to the form of payment made. For payments made by credit card, the product price is reflected in your account within 1-10 days depending on your bank.

The terms of the relevant legal legislation apply to the return and exchange requests you will make due to a defect arising from the product. you will be informed about the issue after the product is examined.

When your orders are delivered to you, be sure to open the package with the cargo officer and check for damage. In case of damage, do not take delivery of the product and ask the cargo officer to keep a record.

In all your returns and exchanges, if you send with our contracted cargo company (*** CARGO NAME ***), you can send the shipping costs as buyer paid. If you send with different cargoes, the shipping fee will belong to you. Returns are not made on our discounted products.
